NOTE: I've worked in this project as a Freelancer (Self employed) for Firmeza.
Basic App where Admin can manage user tickets and via tickets they can assign the engineer and complete their task. So at finale completion they can close the engineer's salary and generate customer's Invoices. & also can manage the Absent/Present of engineers and Leave modules were their. So Admin can track.
- Manage the API's for the android & iOS App.
- Implemented the timezone, so at world wide they can manage their data's according to timezone availability of customer's and engineer's
- I have refactor all code with table proper pagination and make impact for faster loading the data's.
- Added the new System User and Role Management for accessing the Modules, so user getting restrict for some module according to Admin requirements.
- Bugs Fixing & UI implementations
- Implemented the notifications for engineer, that can track all the records of customer task via notification.
